Children and Young Person Division
The C&YP Division of People Partners was established in July 2022 and is based in our East Midlands Branch, where the Team have over 20 years experience of working within the Residential Childcare sector of the Industry. Initially providing Crisis cover to Local Authorities for emergency placements, Police Protected and difficult to place Children & Young People. Our services have grown over the years to include hospital supervision for newborn babies, support for families who are in crisis within their homes, as well as families escaping Domestic Violence situations.
We have an excellent staff team, who are experienced and have extensive training in the sector, which includes CPI Safety Intervention. Our staff are also prepared to add further training if we take a child that requires specialist support.
Our approach is to provide a safe environment to enable the child to settle, thrive and grow while they are in our care. Activities, education, medical appointments as well as a nurturing culture are paramount in our aims to make our support personal and individual every time.
Additionally, we now supply Qualified and Unqualified Nursery Nurses and Practitioners to Children’s Homes and Day Nurseries, to work with the children to help provide a stimulating, protective environment for the children in their care.
