Based in Coventry, the West Midlands Branch is led by our Director, Duncan Taylor, who has over 20 years experience within the Care Industry as well as the Hospitality Sector.

People Partners ensure our Nursing and Care staff are trained to a high professional standard and all training is CIPD registered. We don’t just do the basic Mandatory Training – we go above and beyond and all training is renewed annually.
An experienced Account Manager or Director will meet with new clients to analyse the home needs so that a “Bespoke” service can be provided. Should any training specific to a Client’s requirements be necessary we ensure staff complete this prior to assignment with the client.
To guarantee ongoing safety and peace of mind, all our staff complete Enhanced DBS checks for both children and adults, with renewals carried out annually.
